General Contracting

We are not just another General Contractor.

KCI Construction Management has been rehabbing, repairing and remodeling properties for over 16 years. We are licensed, bonded, insured and even carry workman’s compensation for our workers. In addition, we are driven and known for our attention to detail, which is a quality that is rarely seen in general contractors. Also, unlike most contractors we own and operate a fully serviced public office location where our clients are welcome to stop by during business hours. This is important because we stand by our work and will work with our clients to make sure they are fully satisfied. Other contractors are known to perform the work and take your money, but are nowhere to be found when adjustments or bad craftsmanship are discovered.

We are one of Chicago’s premier general contractors. We were recently been honored by the Chicago Association of Realtors as the recipient of an unprecedented five Good Neighbor Awards. The Good Neighbor Award was created to encourage rehabilitation and redevelopment in Chicago’s neighborhoods and to showcase ground-breaking rehabs and development in the Chicago metropolitan area.

We understand as a Good Neighbor that improving your property not only enriches a homeowner’s quality of life, but it can also provide numerous financial rewards. KCI shows you how to make “smart” improvements, increase home values and save money.
We service three different client categories: homeowners, investors and business owners. Each one has its own distinct differences, but all are serviced exactly the same.
